Video is blurry/unfocused.
Please set the AutoFocus (AF) switch on Ziggi to the C (continuous focus) setting. Ziggi will automatically adjust the focus. If you want to bring Ziggi into focus manually, please press the Focus button.

- Can I take snapshots during video calls?
- What is the focus range of Ziggi?
- I cannot view the video image on my computer, including the P2V software and/or Skype.
- Video images in the P2V Software are slower than expected.
